Application Fee & Refund Policy

All membership applications are subject to background checks, eligibility verification, and review in line with Centaur Sporting Club’s governance standards and applicable legislation.

In the event that an applicant is deemed unsuitable for membership following this process:

• The joining fee will be refunded minus an administration fee of £70

This administration fee covers:

• Background and eligibility checks
• Processing and administrative costs
• System registration and review time

Centaur Sporting Club aims to avoid such outcomes wherever possible and encourages prospective members to ensure they meet the necessary requirements prior to application.

However, the club is required to operate in full compliance with:

• UK legislation
• Home Office guidance
• UKPSA governance standards

As such, final membership approval remains at the discretion of the club.
