If you are committed to supporting the club and developing as a Range Officer, we provide a structured pathway from club volunteer to assisting you gain a nationally recognised certification with NROI.

Expression of Interest
Apply via email to the Club Secretary.

Mentored Development
Active club ROs mentor candidates through:
- Match procedure knowledge
- Range command structure
- Safety oversight
- Conflict management
- Stage briefing standards
- Professional conduct

Centaur Club Range Officer Approval
Active Club ROs and NROI members review your performance over a 3 month period.
If found suitable, official recognition and designated Range Officer Uniform is granted, this includes an enhanced benefits package.

NROI Entry
- Supported entry into formal NROI pathway toward UKPSA certification.
- Centaur Range officers and NROI members support your development with the UKPSA to become a fully qualified NROI Range Officer.
- Once NROI certified, members can then apply join IROA, a specialised World recognised Range Officer qualification.
- Other Club ROs will assist and guide you through this process as well.
